You read correctly young Drengr, we work out with axes, swords, spears, you name it! We're getting back to basics by swinging axes, lifting logs and heaving grain sacks. The focus is on full-body functional fitness - the way our ancestors used to do it. This is beneficial to all kinds of people, from bodybuilders to busy mums. Most exercises are adaptable based on ability.
Currently we operate out of Salisbury, but we are on the hunt to build more locations around the country.
