TRAINING THAT'LL PUT HAIRS ON YOUR CHEST
WHAT IS MACE TRAINING?
The Steel Mace is a modern take on training undertaken by ancient wrestlers, it often traces its origins to India and gada (mace) training. It generally consists of a ball (or head) on the end of a long handle, so that the user can increase resistance simply by changing the distance down the hammer they grip.

In our case, we've replaced the ball with a hammer shaped head, partly because we thought that looked cooler, partly because it adds sledge workouts to this tools wheelhouse.
