REFUND POLICY

We understand that life can throw unexpected battles your way, so here's the lowdown on our refund policy to keep things fair and square for everyone.

Full Refunds:

• When? You can get a full refund up to 14 days after purchasing your ticket.

• Cut-off Date: Refunds can be processed no later than 20 days before the event kicks off. After that, our longboats are set to sail!

If We Cancel:

• What Happens? If, for some reason, the gods of weather or other unforeseen circumstances force us to cancel The Viking Games, don’t worry—we’ve got your back.

• Refunds: You will receive a full refund of your ticket purchase. No hassles, no fuss. We’ll make sure the silver coins find their way back to you.

• Notification: We’ll notify you as soon as possible via email and our social media channels. Keep an eye out for our ravens (emails) for updates!
